We service most of Brevard, Sebastian and Vero Beach. Delivery fees can range from $0-$75 depending on the distance.
The rates you see are for the day. This does not necessarily mean 24 hours. We begin our drop offs at 8am. Based on your location/other deliveries, drop off and pick up times will vary. While booking, you will have the ability to choose your party times. If your party will be going into the late night, please choose "overnight", to guarantee next morning pick up. Bookings that do not specify "overnight" will be pick up at or after your specified party end time.
Price will be the same. Unfortunately, our expenses to deliver/pick up are the same regardless of the length of your rental.
Of course! Weekends are our busiest times, so multiple day rentals will cost extra. But, we are happy to give you a discounted rate for booking the whole weekend.
We set up the unit and leave everything clean and ready for use. All we ask is that the area where we will be setting up is free of pet feces, sharp objects, toys, garbage, etc. We only provide one 50FT extension cord per blower. If your outlets are farther than 60FT from where the unit will be set up, please have your own extension cords ready to connect to ours. If you are renting a unit with water, you must have a water hose to connect to the ones on our units. We run on a very tight schedule, so we ask that the pathway, set up area, and water hose are accessible and ready so that we do not get behind schedule for other deliveries.
We accept payments via cash or card. Our drivers do not carry change, so if you plan to pay your remaining balance with cash, please have exact change. Due to a high number of returned checks, we do not accept checks. If you are booking for a church or corporate event and paying with a check is your only option, please call us to discuss the process.
Absolutely! Most parks require you to reserve a pavilion. When doing so, you'll want to make sure the pavilion will have electricity to run the inflatables. If electricity is not provided by the park, we can provide a generator with gas included for $65. If you are choosing a water slide, you'll want to make sure you choose a park with water connection.
We understand Florida weather can be unpredictable and that other situations may keep you from continuing your party plans. If you have a concern about weather before delivery, please call us asap to discuss rescheduling. Once the unit is delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued. At that point we have spent time and inquired expenses to deliver/pick-up and cannot issue money back.
Safety is always a priority. Children should always be under adult supervision while using any of our rentals. Please no shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, candy, gum, sticks, rocks or pets in any of the units. Also, although they may seem harmless, no silly string, balloons, face paint or confetti in or around the units. These things stain the bounce houses and waterslides, and will not come off. We promote fun and want everyone to have a good time, but we would not like for it to be at the expense of your child's health or the functionality of our units. Renter will be held fully responsible for any damage done to the units while under your care. By booking with us, you understand and agree that Always Jumpin' Rentals LLC will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries and/or death that may occur to you, your children, or any of your guests/invitees while using any inflatables, concession machines, or any other rental equipment. You agree that you and your guests have adequate homeowners insurance, tenant insurance, and/or other liability insurance and will not hold Always Jumpin Rentals LLC financially responsible for any injuries or death. A good time is always the goal! As long as all rental equipment is being used correctly and responsibly, every one should have a great and safe time!
Yes! We have generators available for rent for situations where electricity is not available (IE: Some parks, farms, churches, etc.)
